While we are under development we have committed to keeping our pricing in line with the very low rates you have enjoyed for years.

RV Site Rates are based on two adults, each additional adult $3.00 per day:

Town Park and Village Park, Rentals

$36.50/day including electric, sewer, cable, and water

$202.50/week including water, sewer, cable, and electric

$375/month including water and sewer – electric is metered

Club prices that we honor:
Passport America - $20.50 per night
Good Sam - $33.30 per night
AAA - $33.30 per night

.085% tax on rent

Preserve Estates Rental Class A Motorhomes

$39.50/day including electric, sewer and water

$217.50/week including water, sewer and electric

$400/month including water and sewer – electric is metered

Club prices that we honor:
Passport America - $22.00 per night
Good Sam - $36.00 per night
AAA - $36.00 per night

085% tax on rent

Cable hookup is available at most lots

As of October 1, 2009 the new monthly rates are as follows:

Town and Village Park $475.00 + elect and tax
Preserve Estates $525.00 + elect and tax

Office hours as of October 1, 2009 are 7 days a week 8:00 - 6:00, with lunch 12:30 - 1:00
